Our client a large global engineering company are recruiting for an Engineering Manager in their Naval Aviation Unit.

• In a supervisory capacity to be responsible for the Engineering function within the business Unit.
• Ensure that development tasks and product related matter are effectively managed to meet the business requirements.
• Within predefined budgets actively manage expenditure and timescales associated with product development, warranty and other product related tasks.
• To monitor product and personnel performance recommending and implementing efficiency measures when required.
• To be a principle point of contact between the customer and the company, actively managing and participating in the preparation of deliverables in accordance with the business requirements.

Previous relevant experience required.
