    AS350 Pilots Required

    Lakelse Air Ltd. is looking for 2 contract pilots for the 2014 season. This position will begin June 1st and run until late October-mid November. Lakelse provides competitive wages and the schedule is 20/10. Preferably the candidate would live in Western Canada.

    The following competencies are prerequisites for employment:

    · 1500-2000 hrs total time rotor-wing
    · 100 hrs PIC on AS350 series
    · Certified Mountain course or at least 200 hrs mountain flying experience
    · Competent with Long Line operations with AS350 series aircraft
    · Valid Canadian Work Visa for 2014

    Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following:

    · Twin engine helicopter time, (AS355N time preferred)
    · Valid BC Hydro CRM course
    · Greater than 200 hrs total time on AS350 series
    · Hydro work experience, (sock-line, touch and go's, line patrol)
    · Bell BH04/05 PIC time
    · Diamond Drill moving or Seismic experience with AS350 series aircraft
    · Valid Standard First Aid

    Pilot with Twin-Engine Experience Required in Calgary

    OpsMobil Canada currently requires a helicopter pilot with twin-engine experiences to meet their expanding business requirements in Calgary. This position will have an emphasis on supporting our oilfield service operations.

    Desired requirements include:
    • High School diploma required. Post-secondary education is an asset
    • Commercial pilot licence (Canadian) - ATPL-H is considered an asset
    • Valid or renewable IFR rating, night rating, would be an asset
    • Valid Canadian Class 1 medical
    • Able to legally work in Canada
    • Fluency in spoken and written English
    • Minimum of 3000 hours rotary-wing flight time
    • Minimum of 1500 PIC helicopter
    • Minimum of 500 Multi-Engine Helicopter
    • Group 4 IFR helicopter rating an asset
    • Night experience. Aided night operations an asset
    • External Load experience mandatory. Longline experience an asset
    • Flight operations in a two crew environment an asset
    • Able to obtain a Airport Restricted Area Access pass

    Chief Pilot with Bell 206 Experience Required in Manitoba

    Fast Air Helicopters Ltd. is a small company operating from James Richardson International Airport in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We operate Bell 206 helicopters providing services locally and in support of Fast Air’s fixed-wing fleet customers.

    We are currently recruiting a Chief Pilot for our helicopter operations. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualificaitons:
    • Ability to meet all the requirements of STD 723.07(2)(b)(i) for the position of Chief Pilot
    • Hold a Commercial Pilot Licence (Helicopter)
    • Have at least 500 hours of flying time as a helicopter pilot-in-command, of which 250 hours shall have been acquired within the preceding three years
    • Qualify for a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
    • Supervisory Experience
    • Fixed Wing License considered an asset
    • Bell 206 PPC considered an asset
    This position is ideally suited for someone who is semi-retired or a person wishing to gain management experience.

    AS350/MD500 Pilot Required

    ​Heli Source Ltd requires a full time pilot to join our expanding operation in Red Deer, Alberta.

    The successful candidate must possess:
    • Current Canadian CPL(H) or ATPL(H) and medical
    • Minimum of 1000 rotary flight hours PIC time
    • Valid drivers license
    • Valid passport
    • Bondable, with no criminal record for US operations
    • Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
    • Proven longline/vertical reference experience
    Preference will be given to candidates who possess;
    • AS350B2/B3 and MD500D experience
    • A training background with valid ACP
    • Aapproved mountain course
    • Powerline/utility work, including stringing and platform work
    This is a full time position with relocation negotiable dependent upon candidate.

    Full Time Pilots Required in the Yukon

    Pilots required to provide helicopter services based in Haines Junction, Yukon Territory. Flying throughout Canada.

    Must have:
    • Canadian Commercial Rotary Wing License
    • Minimum 1500 hours PIC, including 1000 hours turbine time
    • Endorsement required on Bell 206 & Astar 350
    • Mountain flying experience
    • Zero accident record
    • Positive personal attitude
    Flying duties include: mining, forestry, oil & gas, survey, wildlife, tourism and special charters.

    Flying is in arctic terrain and mountain country under potentially extreme weather conditions.
