The SAS manufacturer for the Gazelle is SFENA, but there is also a label ELLIOTT BROTHERS (LONDON), so I'm not sure who makes it.

I do not know of any Gazelle ever registered in Belgium.

Sabena had lots of S55, S58.

Belgian Army had Alouette II and Marines...
